Assembly and Wiring
Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), and layout drawings.
Mount components like circuit breakers (MCB, MCCB, ACB), contactors, relays, and meters inside the panel.
Cut, bend, and install copper or aluminum busbars.
Perform internal wiring, control wiring, and terminal block connections.

Testing and Quality Control
Conduct insulation resistance (IR) tests and high-voltage (HV) flash tests.
Check continuity and mechanical operation of switches and interlocks.
Verify proper earthing and clearance distances.
Troubleshoot wiring errors or component defects during assembly.

Safety and Workplace Standards
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines (PPE usage).




Maintain tools and keep the work area clean and organized.
Report any material shortages or equipment damage to the supervisor. [1, 2, 3]

Required Skills and Qualifications
ITI in Electrical/Wireman or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
1 to 3 years of experience in an electrical panel manufacturing or switchgear industry.
Positive knowledge of low-tension electrical components and wiring standards.
Ability to use hand tools, crimping tools, and multimeters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
