We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who enjoys interacting with students and parents and can guide them towards making the right academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding various Career Launcher programs.
Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads.
Conduct follow-up calls to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update student interactions regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for seminars, webinars, workshops, and admission drives.
Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with students and parents through excellent service.
Assist in organizing centre events and promotional activities.

Required Skills




Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, and online meeting platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, student counselling, tele-counselling, or business development.
Experience in the education or EdTech industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
