Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and charming Hostess to join our vibrant team at a renowned North Indian cuisine restaurant in Thane. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting Guests:
Welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Escort guests to their tables while managing seating arrangements efficiently.
Reservations & Waitlists:
Manage table reservations, waitlists, and accommodate guest preferences to the best of your ability.
Ensure prompt communication with guests regarding seating availability and wait times.
Coordination with Staff:
Work closely with the service team to optimize table turnover and maximize guest satisfaction.




Communicate special requests or occasions (e.g., birthdays) to the team to create memorable experiences.
Maintaining Ambiance:
Ensure the dining area and reception space are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist in setting up decorations or special arrangements for events as needed.
Guest Engagement:
Be knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant offerings to assist with guest inquiries.
Build rapport with regular guests and enhance their overall experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, approachable, and skilled demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of North Indian cuisine or hospitality practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
