About the Role

BuyBuzz Infra LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and drive a high-performing real estate sales team. If you have a proven track record in team management and closing sales, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
Handle client meetings and support the team in closing deals.

Eligibility Criteria
4–5 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a Real Estate company is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication,



and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Positive knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market.
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
