Business Development Associate – Role Description

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for acquiring new business contracts from manufacturing companies through direct meetings, telephonic communication, and professional follow-ups.

The candidate should have excellent local-language and qualified communication skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships with purchase, commercial, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential manufacturing companies.
Generate new business opportunities through direct visits and telephonic communication.
Meet Purchase, Commercial, Stores, and Management teams to introduce our services.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business contracts.
Maintain regular customer relationships and develop new accounts.




Prepare and submit business proposals and quotations.
Achieve monthly business development targets.

Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local business environment.
Professional approach with solid follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in the local language and English.
Experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably with manufacturing companies.
