Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage walk-in, digital, and telephonic customers professionally.
Understand customer needs, suggest suitable Mahindra models, and conduct need-based demos/test drives.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination for finance, insurance, and delivery.
Promote accessories, insurance renewals, and value-added products.
Track competitors and market trends; share customer feedback with the Sales Manager.
Maintain grooming and behavioural standards as per dealership norms.
Ensure post-delivery customer follow-up for feedback and referrals.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).
1–3 years of sales experience (automotive or related industry preferred).
Valid 4-wheeler driving license mandatory.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
