We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support company growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, sales follow-ups, and achieving business targets. Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Tamil is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate current business leads.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.
Promote company products and services to clients.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support marketing and promotional activities.

Valuable interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience:
1– 4 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.

Preferred:
Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Tamil preferred.
Experience in construction/real estate industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
