Position: Telecaller
Location: Paschim Vihar, Current Delhi

Job Responsibilities:
Call customers and explain loan products and services.
Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the process.
Collect required customer documents and basic information.
Coordinate with the KYC and Operations team for document verification.
Follow up for pending documents and application requirements.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Update customer details and call status in the CRM.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
Telecalling, sales, or loan industry experience will be an advantage.
Freshers can also apply.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
