Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
Handle daily accounting entries, including receipts, payments, and journal entries
Manage banking operations (mandatory) including fund transfers, payment processing, and bank coordination
Reconcile bank statements, wallets, and transaction records
Monitor and record client fund movements and brokerage transactions
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
Assist in GST filings, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Coordinate with banks for account-related issues, limits, and documentation
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
Identify discrepancies and report financial irregularities
Work closely with compliance and operations teams for smooth financial processes

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)




Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Mandatory experience in banking operations (fund transfers, reconciliation, handling multiple bank accounts)
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Indian taxation regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Excel
Good numerical and analytical skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
