Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
Assist in food preparation, including cutting, cleaning, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to maintain freshness and food safety.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Assist in maintaining adequate stock of kitchen ingredients and supplies.
Support the team during busy service periods and ensure timely food preparation.
Minimize food wastage and follow proper portion-control procedures.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
