Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting, purchase, sales, procurement, dispatch, and GST-related activities for our tile, marble, and granite business. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, GST, E-Invoice, E-Way Bill, and inventory accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Manage purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and ledger accounts.
Verify purchase invoices, rates, GST, quantities, and supplier bills.
Coordinate procurement, purchase orders, and supplier accounts.
Prepare Delivery/Dispatch Challans and maintain dispatch records.
Generate and verify E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile stock, purchase,



sales, and accounting records.
Assist with GST

Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in accounting.
Positive knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, E-Invoice, and E-Way Bill.
Experience in purchase, sales, procurement, dispatch, and inventory accounting.
Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable communication, coordination, and reconciliation skills.
Experience in Tiles, Marble, Granite, Building Materials, or similar industries will be preferred.
Local candidates from Vapi or candidates willing to relocate to Vapi will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
