We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Salesman to join our Footwear & Bags retail store. The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right products.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting footwear and bags.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Handle billing and assist with cash/card transactions when required.
Manage stock on shelves and report inventory shortages.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product features.
Requirements
1–2 years of retail sales experience.
Experience in footwear, bags, apparel, or fashion retail is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
