We are looking for an Relationship Manager who will support daily clinic operations, guide patients, and help increase patient satisfaction and revenue. The role requires a balance of patient handling, team coordination, and basic sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Handling & Counselling
Guide patients about treatments in a transparent and straightforward way
Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable services
Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience
Sales & Revenue Growth
Convert enquiries into treatments
Achieve monthly sales targets
Promote clinic services and packages
Clinic Operations
Support daily clinic activities and ensure smooth workflow
Manage appointments and patient flow
Maintain cleanliness and overall clinic standards
Team Coordination
Work closely with doctors and clinic staff
Support front desk and operations team
Ensure good teamwork and communication
CRM & Reporting
Maintain patient records and data
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions




Share daily and monthly reports with management

Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Sales experience and ability to meet targets
Good organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in dermatology/aesthetic clinic is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
