We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations at Warehouse – Nagpur. The Head Chef will oversee the entire kitchen, manage the team, maintain food quality, control costs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance creativity with responsibility.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire kitchen team.
Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Plan daily operations and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve performance goals.
Create and update menus and introduce new dishes.
Coordinate with management for smooth restaurant operations.
Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
3+years of experience in professional kitchens as a Head Chef.




Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage and train a kitchen team effectively.
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control.
Creative approach to menu planning and presentation.
High standards of hygiene, discipline, and consistency.
