Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for interior, civil, and MEP projects.
Source, evaluate, and develop vendors and subcontractors.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
Monitor material costs, budgets, and procurement schedules.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to meet project requirements.
Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement documentation.
Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.
Build long-term supplier relationships and identify cost-saving prospects.
Resolve supply chain and material availability issues proactively.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Experience:
Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)
