We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officers to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should have retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong selling and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize showroom sales.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Maintain stock records, perform stock verification, and prepare stock reports.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sale follow-ups.
Promote value-added services and encourage additional purchases.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
