Job Summary

The Critical Care Physician will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
Develop and implement treatment plans for complex medical conditions.
Perform ICU procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Lead emergency response and critical care interventions when required.




Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment and progress.

Qualifications
MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or equivalent.
DM/DNB/Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine preferred.
Valid NMC registration.
Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills.
