Job Responsibilities:
Operate the corrugation machine safely and efficiently.
Ensure flute quality, proper bonding, and board GSM as per specifications.
Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, steam pressure, and speed.
Minimize board defects like warp, blister, delamination, and moisture issues.
Perform machine setup for different board combinations.
Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to achieve production targets.
Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety procedures.
Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Reduce wastage and improve machine productivity.
