Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MEP BIM Engineer/Modeller with 2–3 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Revit MEP and other BIM tools to create, update, and manage accurate 3D models and coordinated MEP drawings in line with project standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D MEP models using Revit MEP based on design and engineering inputs.
Coordinate with architectural and structural BIM teams to ensure clash-free models.
Create and update construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks or similar tools.




Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans and project-specific modelling standards.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Maintain version control and model integrity through proper documentation and file management.
Support BIM Coordinators and Engineers in model reviews and coordination meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling in the construction or engineering industry.
Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma / ACC
Valuable understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, etc.)
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
