NRole Summary:
NWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and manage a team of 15+ QA professionals supporting Workday and Phenom implementation, integration, enhancement, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a customer-facing leader who can understand business challenges, define testing strategies, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of quality outcomes.

- Lead and mentor ateam of 15+ testers across Workday and Phenom testing engagements. N
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, driving effective communication and relationship management. N
- Understand business requirements, analyze problem statements, and propose appropriate testing and quality assurance solutions. N
- Define and manage test strategy, test planning, resource allocation, risk management,



and delivery milestones. N
- Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT support activities across Workday, Phenom, and related third-party systems. N
- Drive defect triage, issue resolution, and quality governance while ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery commitments. N
- Track testing progress,risks, defects, and quality metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. N
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and testing optimization. N
