Video Editor / Reel Editor

About the Role We're looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content — someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping reels and social videos for our client brands, with a sharp sense of pacing, trends, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content for multiple client accounts
Handle end-to-end editing: cutting, pacing, transitions, sound design, color correction, and subtitles/captions
Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and editing styles relevant to each client's audience
Collaborate with the social media and design teams to align video content with campaign themes and brand guidelines
Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and asset libraries efficiently




Deliver videos within tight turnaround times without compromising quality
Occasionally support on-location shoots for basic direction/capture needs

Requirements
3–4 years of video editing experience, with a robust portfolio of reels/short-form content
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects knowledge is a plus
Robust sense of pacing, storytelling, and trend awareness for social-first video
Ability to manage multiple edits/deadlines across different client accounts simultaneously
Basic sound design and color grading skills

Good to Have
Experience shooting content (mobile or camera-based)
Motion graphics/After Effects skills for animated overlays and titles
A reel/portfolio link ready to share

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
