Job Purpose

To diagnose, repair and service Mahindra vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs as assigned through job cards.
Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults using approved diagnostic tools and equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs according to Mahindra service standards.
Replace or repair defective parts and components using genuine Mahindra spare parts.
Conduct quality checks and road tests (if authorized) after repairs to ensure vehicle performance.
Accurately record repair details,



labour time and parts used on job cards.
Maintain tools, equipment and workstations in valuable condition.
Follow workshop safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Ensure jobs are completed within the prescribed turnaround time.
Report additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor.
Participate in technical training programs conducted by Mahindra.
Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the workshop.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
