Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally
Recommend mobiles, gadgets, and accessories based on customer requirements
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Stay updated with the latest smartphones and technology trends
Handle customer queries and deliver excellent customer service
Maintain store display,



stock arrangement, and cleanliness

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Experience in the mobile technician field is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Robust knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and basic repairs
Ability to confidently interact with customers and close sales
