Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in designing scalable Salesforce solutions and working closely with business and technical stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows.
Develop and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery.
Optimize Salesforce applications for scalability, performance, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Solid expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
Salesforce integration experience using MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar tools.




Experience with Agentforce is required.
CRM Analytics knowledge and Pardot experience are a plus.
Understanding of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Copado, and Agile methodologies preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
Agentforce Certification preferred.
Knowledge of Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus.

EDUCATION PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
