Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Attend inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
Generate leads and coordinate with the sales and service teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Follow up on pending inquiries, missed appointments, and customer feedback.
Inform customers about ongoing offers, service reminders, and current vehicle launches.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Meet daily call targets and maintain quality standards.
Prepare daily and weekly call reports.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Calling Executive, Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role. Experience in the automobile industry will be preferred.
Gender: Female Preferred.
Location: Bareilly or willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
