Plumber – Job Description

Position: Plumber

Job Summary:
A Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply systems, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, and plumbing fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and repair water pipelines, drainage lines, and plumbing fixtures.
Fit and maintain taps, sinks, toilets, water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify leaks, blockages, or other defects.
Read and interpret plumbing drawings and layouts.
Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
Test plumbing systems for proper operation and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and maintenance teams when required.
Maintain tools, equipment,



and work areas in positive condition.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma or relevant plumbing certification preferred.
Experience in plumbing installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and use plumbing tools.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
