Key responsibilities.
Operational oversight:
Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Manage patient scheduling, appointment flow, and manage the overall patient journey.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and skincare products.
Staff management and leadership:
Hire, train, and evaluate clinic staff, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and administrative personnel.
Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Foster a positive and collaborative work setting and address employee issues.
Patient care and customer service:
Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
Address patient complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Financial and administrative management:
Manage the clinic's budget, monitor expenses,



and oversee billing and insurance claims.
Implement cost-effective measures to ensure profitability.
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Business development and marketing:
Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to attract recent patients.
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is often required.
Previous experience in healthcare administration, clinic management, or a related field is necessary.
Experience in the dermatology or aesthetic industry is often preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Clinical counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
