Job Descriptions:
Develop and maintain full stack applications with a Claude-powered backend for AI-driven logic and automation.
Build and optimize user interfaces using Cursor-based front-end development tools.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Microsoft technology stack
Develop and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and data processing workflows
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Build and maintain APIs and backend services
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through best development practices
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development processes
Utilize AI-enabled development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development efficiency and productivity
Assist in refactoring, optimization, and automation of existing systems
Work within Agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery

Qualifications:
Strong experience in Microsoft technology stack development
Proficiency in C# / .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)




Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage)
Familiarity with Claude Code or other AI coding assistants
Experience with Git-based version control workflows
Experience using AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub (preferred)
Familiarity with data modeling and transformation logic
Experience working with APIs and microservices architecture
Proficiency in AL (Application Language) for Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to work on complex refactoring and automation tasks
Experience working in agile development environments
Experience working with data pipelines and data transformations
Knowledge of SQL Server and robust SQL querying skills
Experience with Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse / ETL pipelines
Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications
Solid understanding of software development best practices, CI/CD, and testing
