We are looking for a skilled CAD Draftsman / CNC Programmer who can create accurate AutoCAD 2D drawings and SolidWorks sheet metal drawings, prepare nesting layouts for laser cutting, and generate cutting programs for CNC laser cutting machines.

The candidate will also prepare SolidWorks 3D sheet metal models and flat patterns to support our CNC press brake bending operations.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare detailed SolidWorks 3D sheet metal drawings and models.
Develop sheet metal flat patterns and manufacturing drawings.
Prepare nesting layouts for CNC laser cutting to optimize material usage.
Create and modify CNC laser cutting programs based on approved drawings.
Ensure correct dimensions, material thickness, bend allowances, and tolerances.
Prepare drawings and programs for CNC press brake machines.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve drawing, cutting, and bending issues.
Check drawings and CNC programs for accuracy before production.
Make revisions to drawings and programs as required by engineering or production.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
Solid experience with SolidWorks Sheet Metal.
Experience in laser cutting nesting and CNC laser programming.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of CNC press brake bending and sheet metal flat patterns.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Positive understanding of dimensions, tolerances, bend allowances, and material specifications.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Experience
Experience working in a sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, or engineering manufacturing company.
Experience with CNC laser cutting software/programming.
Experience preparing programs for CNC press brake machines.
Knowledge of different sheet metal materials and thicknesses.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
