Supervise daily assembly line operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Allocate manpower based on the production plan and monitor workforce productivity.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and work instructions.
Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality department to resolve production issues.
Train, guide, and motivate assembly operators to improve efficiency and performance.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift schedules for assembly staff.
Coordinate with Stores, Planning, Maintenance, and Quality departments for uninterrupted production.
Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, fixtures, and materials.
Identify process improvements to reduce rework, rejection, and downtime.
Maintain daily production reports, rejection records, and manpower reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping (5S), and company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
