Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), scripting, automation, and integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop scripts, workflows, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications for optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and integration frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Document technical designs, development activities, and best practices.
Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members when required.

Required Skills




Strong experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Scripting and Automation
Knowledge of ITSM processes and workflows
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM Development
Experience working in enterprise application development environments
ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage

Pay: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
