Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in exchange compliance, stock broking, or financial services.
NISM certification or relevant compliance qualifications will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:
Knowledge of stock exchange regulations and capital market operations.
Solid analytical and documentation skills.
Valuable communication and MS Excel proficiency.
Attention to detail and ability to meet regulatory deadlines.
Understanding and experience in SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with exchange regulations and circulars.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports and returns within prescribed timelines.
Maintain compliance records and documentation.
Track regulatory updates and implement necessary changes.
Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory authorities.
Support internal, exchange, and regulatory audits.
Report compliance exceptions and assist in corrective actions.

Pay: ₹25,000.79 - ₹35,000.42 per month
