Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Partner to meet clients, and close residential construction projects in Mysore. The candidate should have strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Meet prospective clients and explain company services
Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain client database and update CRM/reporting
Develop channel partners and referral networks
Handle negotiations and assist in project closures
Support marketing activities and campaigns

Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience
Experience in construction, real estate, Sales, or related field preferred
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Positive knowledge of the Mysore market
Ability to handle client meetings independently
Two-wheeler and local travel flexibility preferred

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
