A Planning Engineer is responsible for project planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Develop baseline schedules and monitor project progress
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and management teams
Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress
Identify delays and suggest corrective actions
Prepare progress reports, MIS reports, and dashboards
Monitor resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment)
Assist in cost estimation and budget tracking
Ensure proper documentation of project activities
Support project manager in planning and execution

Skills Required
Solid knowledge of project planning and scheduling




Positive understanding of construction processes
Proficiency in planning software (Primavera / MS Project)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and coordination ability
Knowledge of Excel and reporting tools

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in planning (for junior roles)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
