Role Overview : The Mid-Level Interior Designer is responsible for supporting the development and execution of interior design projects, translating concepts into detailed designs, and ensuring coordination between design intent and site execution. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration.
Develop interior concepts and themes: Assist in developing design concepts and themes aligned with client requirements and project briefs. Contribute creative ideas while ensuring functionality and feasibility within project constraints.
Client presentations and approvals: Support in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and design proposals. Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design revisions under guidance.
Material and finish selection: Research and propose suitable materials, finishes, and furniture options based on design intent and budget. Coordinate samples and assist in finalizing selections with senior team members.
Coordinate with architects and vendors: Work closely with architects, consultants,



and vendors to ensure smooth design coordination. Follow up on design requirements and resolve basic coordination issues.
Prepare detailed interior drawings: Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and working drawings with accuracy. Ensure documentation is aligned with design intent and ready for execution.
Ensure design execution at site: Support site visits and monitor execution to ensure adherence to drawings and design standards. Identify and report site issues, assisting in resolving them effectively.
Manage timelines and deliverables: Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of design deliverables. Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Knowledge: Materials, finishes, furniture systems, and basic construction detailing

Experience: Hands-on experience in design development, working drawings, and basic site coordination is essential.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
