Job Description

Urgent Opening for Product Executive with minimum One year Experience

WorkingTiming:10:00am-6:30pm
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Languages: English .Hindi and Kannada

Roles and responsibilities:
Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment based on the company's needs.
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery times.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary items while minimizing excess stock.
Cost Analysis:



Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and identify cost-saving prospects.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and production, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased items meet the company's quality standards and specifications
