Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–4 years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, GST, TDS, forex billing, reconciliations, documentation and finance-related coordination. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of Tally and GST and should be comfortable managing routine email communication.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers and financial records in Tally/Tally Prime.
Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries with proper supporting documents.
Handle forex billing, including preparation, verification and maintenance of forex-related invoices and records.
Prepare and maintain GST-related data, reconciliations and supporting documents.
GST & Statutory Compliance
Practical knowledge of GST accounting and reconciliation.
Coordinate GST payments and maintain payment challans and records.
Handle TDS deductions, payment support, reconciliation and related documentation.




Billing & Forex Billing
Prepare, verify and process customer/vendor invoices.
Maintain billing records and track pending invoices and collections.
Handle forex billing and maintain supporting documents for foreign currency transactions.
Coordinate with relevant teams for invoice corrections, approvals and timely billing.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
Positive working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of billing and forex billing processes.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good email drafting and day-to-day communication skills.
Solid attention to detail, numerical ability and reconciliation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, billing and forex billing will be preferred.
