Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
Prepare a monthly social media content calendar.
Write creative captions, hashtags, and marketing copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other teams for content creation.
Monitor likes, reach, engagement, followers, leads, and overall social media performance.
Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
Research market trends, competitors, trending topics, hashtags, and recent content ideas.
Respond to comments, messages,



and customer inquiries professionally.
Generate leads and brand awareness through social media campaigns.
Analyze social media insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all platforms.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote products, services, offers, and campaigns.
Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and digital marketing tools.
