HR Executive manages daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and labor law compliance. They act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a productive and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the hiring process.
Onboarding: Handle joining formalities, document collection, and recent-hire inductions.
Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts and address employee grievances.
Payroll & Advantages: Coordinate attendance tracking, leave inputs, and salary processing.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company regulations.
Performance Support: Assist with performance review cycles and employee records
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
