Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and respond to inquiries.
Counsel students regarding courses and admission procedures.
Generate and nurture leads through outbound and inbound calls.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
Stay updated on course offerings and admission policies.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Comfortable making outbound calls and handling student inquiries.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior experience in telecalling, academic counseling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
