Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Department: CRM / Sales / Service
Location: Panchkula
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and inquiries.
Conduct sales and service follow-up calls.
Collect customer feedback and maintain satisfaction levels.
Register and coordinate resolution of customer complaints.
Update customer data and records in CRM software.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for customer support.
Maintain daily call reports and MIS.

Required Skills:
Positive communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and qualified behavior.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
