Hiring: HR Recruiter (Fresher / HR Internship Experience)

Experience
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with an HR Recruitment Internship will be preferred.
0–1 year of experience.

Qualifications
MBA (HR), BBA, BMS, PGDM (HR), MHRDM, or any Graduate/Postgraduate.
Positive communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, or Internshala is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment records and trackers.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiner preferred.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Valuable English communication skills.

Work Location: Bund Garden, Pune
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
