We are looking for a professionally qualified and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation, customer service, and bar operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and cocktail beverages as per standard recipes.
Create high-quality cocktails while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Provide prompt, courteous, and skilled customer service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, stock levels, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and liquor regulations.
Handle customer orders efficiently and resolve guest queries professionally.

Requirements




Professionally qualified Bartender with relevant certification or training.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, beverage preparation, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and solid team spirit.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in premium hospitality establishments will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
