Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Department: Warehouse / Stores

Reports To: Warehouse In-Charge / Store Manager

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing solar materials and equipment while ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining a secure, clean, and productive warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming solar materials and equipment.
Pick, pack, and issue materials for project sites as per approved requests.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/warehouse management system.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
Ensure proper handling and storage of solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables, and other equipment to prevent damage.




Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures at all times.
Coordinate with the Procurement, Projects, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material movement.
Report stock shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to the Warehouse In-Charge.
Qualifications
Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Diploma; a bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
Ability to lift and move warehouse materials safely.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
