Description
Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Gujarat Factory Rules, and other applicable EHS regulations. Conduct daily plant safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Height Work, Confined Space, Excavation, and Electrical Isolation. Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), and Process Safety Risk Assessments. Facilitate HAZOP, PSSR, and Management of Change (MOC) activities. Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement CAPA. Ensure proper usage of PPE across all departments.
