As a Electrical Draftsman in our growing solar startup, you’ll work closely with the founding team and engineers to shape exact designs that power renewable energy projects. Roles & Responsibilities
Develop precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Create layout plans, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and site plans for solar PV systems.
Collaborate with engineers to meet technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Simulate and optimize solar systems using HelioScope and PVsyst.
Prepare and organize documentation for permits, interconnection, and construction.
Revise and maintain version control of all drawings based on feedback.




Support BOM preparation and quantity take-offs.
Understand specifications, performance, and applicability of components

Who We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Experience in drafting for solar or electrical projects. Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Familiarity with HelioScope and PVsyst for solar design and performance analysis.
Knowledge of solar design standards, NEC codes, and local permitting.
Excellent attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and multi-project management skills.
Hands-on experience with rooftop and utility-scale solar projects

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
