Key Responsibilities
Manage daily factory store operations and maintain proper material flow.
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications, and documents.
Check materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
Maintain proper storage, identification, and location of all materials.
Issue materials to Assembly, Purchase, and other departments as per requirements.
Maintain GRN, Stock Register, Material Issue/Receipt Records, and other store documents.
Maintain accurate physical and system stock records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and inform Purchase/Management about shortages.
Coordinate with Purchase, QC, Accounts, and Suppliers for material-related issues.
Ensure proper handling and prevention of material damage, loss, or misplacement.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards inside the store.
Track rejected, excess, damaged, and returned materials.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required by management.




Support stock Management and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure all store activities follow company policies and procedures.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Factory Store Management and Inventory Control.
Knowledge of GRN, Material Issue, Stock Register, and Stock Reconciliation.
Basic knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management Software / Excel.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of material identification and storage practices.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Valuable leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.

Qualification & Experience
Education: Diploma / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a factory/manufacturing store.
Experience in engineering/manufacturing or packaging machinery industry will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,998.98 per month
