Brief Description: We are seeking skilled and experienced personnel in IT Department who can respond to and resolve help desk requests, administer infrastructure including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues which our users encounter
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
Create and verify backups of data
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Install and test computer-related equipment
Provide end-to-end technical support and troubleshooting for network issues including LAN/WAN, routers,switches, and other networking devices.
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software,



analyzing problems and monitoring networks to ensure their availability to users.
Establish and maintain user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security.
Train staff on current hardware or software applications as required.
Act as a liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.

Qualification: Diploma in Computer Application

Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in system administration, network administration, or a related role
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Must have experience in working in any ERP of repute.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Others:
Candidates should not be frequent job changer.
