Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive business growth.
Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize closure opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and finalize deals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide training and mentorship to sales executives to enhance their performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience of 5 - 7 years in residential sales, preferably in the Bangalore market.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess client requirements and provide prompt solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages is a must).
High energy, perseverance, and a go-getter attitude.
Remuneration Package:
Salary: 6 to 7 Lakhs PA plus performance-driven bonuses and incentives.
Promotions and strong incentives, perks will be given as per performance. Attractive perks and advantages as per company standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
