Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations.
Lead and motivate the service team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth and timely service.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
Train and guide stewards to maintain quality service.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as an F&B; Captain in a hotel or restaurant.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
